Computer repair and support
If a computer is slow, broken, infected, or won't start, I'll find out why before anything gets replaced. I work on Windows and Mac laptops and desktops, on-site across Grays Harbor or by secure remote session.
Laptop and desktop repair
Drive and memory upgrades, boot problems, tune-ups, and OS reinstalls. I look at the machine first and tell you what it needs before any parts are ordered.
Virus and malware removal
Removing the infection, closing the hole it came in through, and setting up protection.
Data recovery
I check whether the failure is in the hardware or the software, then tell you honestly whether the files can be recovered and what it will cost.
Pricing: $85 diagnostic, then $49 per half hour (30-minute minimum). You approve the estimate before any work starts.
Cybersecurity training and preparation
Plain-language training for owners and staff on passwords, phishing, and safe remote work, plus help getting your business prepared for an incident before it happens.
Scam prevention
For families and businesses. I show you how phone, email, and text scams work and set up your devices to block them. If someone already got in, I help lock things down.

Toast the Harbor
Website for the Aberdeen Lions Club's annual Toast the Harbor festival: Washington wines and spirits, plus a silent auction, at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, Ocean Shores. Net proceeds fund Lions charitable programs in the Harbor.
