On-site IT in Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and Cosmopolis

I live and work in Aberdeen. Olympic Digital Solutions is based here, and Hoquiam and Cosmopolis are part of the same daily route. I also come to Central Park and Aberdeen Gardens. This page is about on-site and deskside visits in those places, not a claim that I have a second office.

I am Xander Johnstone, a Navy veteran with more than 10 years in IT. That work includes the US Navy and, later, networks for local healthcare clinics and city government. The company is veteran-owned. Certificates: Security+, GSEC, GCIH, GWAPT, GFACT, and Microsoft MCP. More is on the About page.

On a visit I look at the computer, the Wi-Fi, or the accounts you called about, and I tell you what I can do before I start. Jobs include computer repair for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops, virus removal, and an honest look at data recovery. Small business IT covers email, printers, users, and backups for a shop or office. Network design is Wi-Fi, wired networks, firewalls, and secure remote access.

I also build websites and custom applications, and I teach cybersecurity and scam prevention for families and staff. A website does not require me to be in the room the whole time. A dead PC in a Hoquiam office usually does.

Cosmopolis is a short hop from Aberdeen. Central Park and Aberdeen Gardens are the neighborhoods people name when they are outside downtown but still want someone local. I do not publish a street address for a walk-in counter. You call, we set a time, and I come to you or we start remote.

If you are farther east, see Montesano, Elma, and McCleary. On the coast, see Ocean Shores and Westport. The same person does those visits. The towns are just a different drive.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Evenings and weekends are by appointment. Call or text (360) 717-2220 and say the town and what stopped working.
