A local site does not need a pile of effects. It needs the phone number, the hours, the services, and pages a person can read on a phone. I write and build that, then I check that it loads quickly. Most local sites need a home page, a services page, and a way to call. If you already have photos and a logo, we use those. If the job is software behind the site, or an iPhone app, that belongs on the custom applications page. If the office computers and email are the real problem, start with small business IT. I can keep a site current after launch. That means text and photo changes you ask for, not a redesign every month.
