On-site IT in Ocean Shores and Westport

Ocean Shores and Westport are a longer drive from Aberdeen than Hoquiam is, and I still come out. I also cover nearby Ocean City, Copalis, Grayland, and Tokeland when you are in those communities and you call. I do not keep an office on the coast. The visit is on-site or deskside, or we work remote if the computer is online.

Coastal calls are often a laptop that will not start in a house, a shop that needs Wi-Fi in more than the front room, or a household that got a scam text or a pop-up with a phone number. Computer repair covers Windows and Mac machines, virus removal, and data recovery when recovery is actually possible. Scam prevention is the right page if the computer is fine and the message was the problem.

Network design and small business IT are the same services I offer in Aberdeen: Wi-Fi, firewalls, remote access, email, printers, and backups.
