I learn how the place runs, then I stay available when something stops the work. Support is on-site and deskside. If I can fix it remotely without a drive, I will say so.

A first visit is a walk through the setup you already have. I note the computers, the email, the printers, and whether a backup exists and has been checked. You get that in plain language, including what I would leave alone. I do not hand you to a queue in another city. You call or text me. If a machine is broken, that job is on the computer repair page. If the building needs Wi-Fi, a firewall, or remote access planned before anything is installed, that is network design.
