On-site IT in Montesano, Elma, and McCleary
Montesano, Elma, and McCleary are east of Aberdeen. I drive out for on-site and deskside work. You get the same person who works in Aberdeen, not a different company and not a ticket number. I am Xander Johnstone of Olympic Digital Solutions.
A typical call from this part of the county is a computer that will not boot at a house in Elma, Wi-Fi that does not reach the back of a Montesano shop, or email and printers that stopped for a small office in McCleary. I look at the problem on site when it needs hands, and I use a secure remote session when it does not.
Computer repair includes Windows and Mac laptops and desktops, virus and malware removal, and data recovery when the files can actually be saved. Network design is planned before equipment is installed. Small business IT is the ongoing work: accounts, email, backups, and the next thing that stops the day.
I also do website design, custom applications, cybersecurity training, and scam prevention. Training and scam help matter in a small office where one person opens all the email. I will say so if a class is not what you need yet.
I am a Navy veteran with more than 10 years in IT, including networks for local healthcare clinics and city government. Certificates are Security+, GSEC, GCIH, GWAPT, GFACT, and Microsoft MCP. Details are on the About page. The company is veteran-owned and based in Aberdeen. I do not keep a separate storefront in Montesano, Elma, or McCleary.
Closer to the harbor entrance, the page is Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and Cosmopolis. For the beaches, see Ocean Shores and Westport. If you are between those towns, say where you are when you call. I will tell you if I can come out.
Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Evenings and weekends are by appointment. Call or text (360) 717-2220. Tell me the town first so I know the drive.
Questions
Do you come to Montesano, Elma, and McCleary?
Yes. Those towns are on-site visits from Aberdeen. Call or text (360) 717-2220 and name the town.
Is this a different technician than the one in Aberdeen?
No. Olympic Digital Solutions is Xander Johnstone, based in Aberdeen. I make the visit.
Can we start with a remote session instead of a drive?
Often, yes. If the computer will turn on and you can get online, we can try remote first. If it will not start, I need to be there.
What hours do you keep?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Evenings and weekends are by appointment.
