If a computer is slow, broken, infected, or will not start, I look at it before anything gets replaced. I am Xander Johnstone. Olympic Digital Solutions is my company in Aberdeen. I repair Windows and Mac laptops and desktops on-site, at your desk, or by a secure remote session.

Repair covers boot problems, tune-ups, operating-system reinstalls, and drive or memory upgrades. I tell you what the machine needs before any parts are ordered. Virus and malware removal means taking the infection off, closing the way it got in, and setting up protection so the same thing is harder next time.

Data recovery starts with a check of whether the failure is in the hardware or the software. I will tell you honestly whether the files can be recovered. I do not promise a result I have not seen yet. If a part has to be ordered, I name the part and why before it is ordered. I do not reinstall the system until you have heard that plan.

This is the work I have done around the neighborhood for years, and it sits on more than 10 years in IT. That includes the US Navy, then networks for local healthcare clinics and city government.
